Welcome to Erica "From Paris to Manila"
Open kitchen OCTOBER 2020
Chef Erica Paredes is offering this month a cuisine inspired by the popular flavors of her country twisted by the taste and techniques of French knowledge. A sool food that is tasty, comforting and above all surprising.
Erica (@ reyna.paris) moved to Paris almost 5 years ago, after a career in fashion she cut her teeth at Joel Robuchon's Atelier before creating her own private catering "Reyna", literally La "Queen" in Filipino.
She enjoys experimenting and bringing together the flavors of East and West, and particularly enjoys using those from her home country, the Philippines.
Come and share a great culinary experience with Carlos Moreno, 1st resident chef Carlos Moreno (@ paris.mexico)
Born in the state of Tabasco in southeastern Mexico. His cuisine reflects his career: traditional Mexican dishes reinterpreted in his own way in order to make known all the richness and variety of Mexican gastronomy.
Whos is FOR THE LOVE OF FOOD ?
Todd Harwell and OlivierNize are the two founders and our partners.
We are happy to welcome their Chefs in Residence.
"We are an incubator for budding chefs and curious gourmets, a place of experimentation, a laboratory for cultural exchange and culinary discoveries. For the Love of Food was born from the desire to disrupt hierarchy and norms catering with the sole criterion: passion. "
"Become an antidote to the culture of isolation dictated by the abusive practice of social networks and home delivery channels. Embody a responsible cuisine without borders, inspired by the values of sharing, exchange and reciprocity, Valuing land and its riches by advocating local cuisine without waste. Defend without limit the heads and chefs from excluded minorities or still too little visible. "
"For the Love of Food is a springboard space designed to connect with the reality of the culinary and restaurant world. Further proof that For the Love of Food is a living concept, a second address has just been created in the 11th arrondissement, at the Hôtel de la République, pushing our commitment to the end of its process by offering all our future chefs the opportunity to become masters of their cuisine.
