Chef Erica Paredes is offering this month a cuisine inspired by the popular flavors of her country twisted by the taste and techniques of French knowledge. A sool food that is tasty, comforting and above all surprising.

Erica (@ moved to Paris almost 5 years ago, after a career in fashion she cut her teeth at Joel Robuchon's Atelier before creating her own private catering "Reyna", literally La "Queen" in Filipino.

She enjoys experimenting and bringing together the flavors of East and West, and particularly enjoys using those from her home country, the Philippines.
