What massages and treatments are available?
Deep tissue massage
Deep Tissue massage works on knots in muscle fibers caused by repetitive movements, too much stress or after sports. During the massage, the pressure is strong. The post-massage effect is one of relief. We recommend at least 30 minutes' rest and good hydration after this massage.
Swedish massage
Swedish massage is inspired by 19th-century Swedish gymnastics, created by gym teacher Per Henrik Ling. This technique is ideal for warming up your muscles in winter, or lifting your spirits on days of intense fatigue. The moderate to strong pressure is invigorating and ideal for starting the day in a good mood. A very invigorating massage, ideal for waking up in the morning.
Shiatsu massage
Massage of Japanese origin, without oil. Pressure is applied with fingertips, palms and elbows to the acupuncture meridians to balance the body's energy and unblock painful points. Simply wear comfortable clothes and enjoy this age-old treatment. Medium to high pressure.
Ayurvedic massage
Inspired by traditional Indian medicine, this massage uses ancestral Ayurvedic techniques. This holistic journey with warm oil stimulates blood circulation, frees up movement and develops the body's suppleness. Light to moderate pressure.
Hot stone treatments
This ancestral treatment originated in the Orient between 2000 and 1500 BC. Large, hot, oily basalt stones are placed along the spine. During the massage, the therapist uses other, smaller stones with warm oil all over the body to soothe back and leg pain.
