THE TEAM
About ten people work at the hotel. Our staff are loyal and reliable.
Most of them have been here for several years.
The manager, Ijal, has been with us for nearly 5 years, as has Kaoutar, who greets you at breakfast.
Héléna, who looks after the rooms, has been with us for almost 10 years.
This year we also welcome 3 apprentices who are just starting out: Sinan, Aliou and Noémie.
