What are the arrival and departure times?

Check-in is after 3pm. Departure is at noon.

What are your reservation policies?

You must be at least 21 years old to BOOK a room. Please note that for security reasons, you will be asked to provide valid government or state-issued photo identification upon check-in and a credit card. If you are checking in without someone over 21, you must be over 18.

If you'd like a little more time after the noon checkout, we'll do what we can to accommodate you, and we're always more than willing to hold your belongings for a few hours at the front desk.

How is my room guaranteed?

We take a credit card at the time of booking to validate your reservation. When you check in at reception, we will ask you for a credit card and valid identification corresponding to the card you are using to check in.
Refundable reservations will only be charged on departure or in the event of cancellation. For non-refundable reservations, the full amount will be charged to your card at the time of booking.

How can someone else pay for my stay?

The credit card holder (payer) must complete a credit card authorization form. Please send an e-mail to hello@hlnr.paris. Credit cards will be charged for the full amount of the stay upon submission of the credit card form. Call or e-mail us if you have any questions about reservations or payment.

How do I check my rate and reservation?

We will send you an email to confirm all the details of your booking, including confirmation number, dates of stay, room type. number of guests and your confirmed rates. We can also provide this information over the phone.

How do I cancel my reservation?

If you need to cancel your reservation, please call us on 00 33 1 47 00 15 09 and let us know at least 24 hours before check-in to avoid cancellation charges. Reservations designated as non-refundable at the time of booking remain non-refundable under all circumstances. Reservations can be cancelled by e-mail by sending an e-mail to hello@hlnr.paris.

How do I change my booking?

Can I leave early?

Of course, please let us know by 3 p.m. the day before, otherwise you may be subject to early cancellation charges.

Can I bring my pet?

Yes, pets under 15 KG are welcome. There is no charge.
However, only the KING and TRIPLE rooms can accommodate pets. When we say pet, we mean a dog, but contact us if you have something stranger or larger and we'll try to make it work.

How do I park?

We offer a reduced rate with a local garage located next to the hotel at a price of 25 euros/night.

Can I smoke in my room?

No. All rooms are completely non-smoking. If you light or vaporize inside the hotel, we must charge a smoking fee of 250 euros on your card, plus taxes. Go out, meet a stranger.

Can I store my luggage there before check-in or after departure?

Yes, that can be arranged. Reception will hold them for you until you are ready. If your luggage is not claimed overnight, it will be turned over to our security team who will hold the items for a period of 24 hours.

Can I have a parcel sent before I arrive? yes, no problem.

What are the food and drink options?

The Restaurant is adjacent to the hotel lobby. Reservations are accepted and suggested. You can consult the menu and BOOK for a table. Hours:
Breakfast Monday to Friday: 7.30am to 10.30am. Weekends: 7:30 to 10:30 a.m.

Is there a bar in the hotel?

The CHILL ROOM features a bar with craft beers and spirits. Coffee is also available for a pick-me-up when you need it.

Can I take professional photos in the hotel?
